Questions to consider:

  • What is the customer need?
  • How does your system create the valuable solution?
  • What actions need to be done within that system?
  • How do those actions fit into roles?
  • What are the characteristics or skills required to succeed in each role?
  • Who do I know (internally or externally) that would be the best fit?
  • What will incentivize them to perform at the highest level?
